Office experience. I had a disappointing experience with office staff in the lab, the team could not figure out my billing insurance information, although complicated other labs, like Stockton were able to figure it out the girls in the front tried"their best" I suppose but even with my constant help and redirection, and information I had to help them, they denied me my services...services I needed to take specifically on the day I went. I had a specific day ordered by my doctor to take them. Because of this I ended up having to wait an entire month to get my labs done again. The next upcoming year I'll be switching to a new medical facility with my new insurance so I thought I might write a review for Sutter. I've been coming to Sutter for the past 6+ years, my primary care doctor was good and my experience with the urgent care was alright. However getting an appointment with a dermatologist is impossible. I had even received a referral letter from a doctor here and they still wouldn't let me schedule an appointment. I'll be switching back to the doctor I had before Sutter. Hopefully their facility has better office service.

I had a horrible experience at this office. The MD was very short with me and did not care about my wellbeing. When questions are asked I was told I need another visit . I will never go back.
