Carmen was absolutely wonderful. She's very professional and responds quickly to e-mails and other communications. My consultation was informative. Carmen explained the sisterlock process thoroughly and answered all my questions. I knew after that meeting that she would be my consultant. The installation was a breeze! Her work ethic and flow made those hours pass by more quickly than I expected. She kept me informed on what she was doing (i.e. parting and sizing) and why. I really enjoyed getting to know her and I'm very grateful that she will be part of this new hair journey.

I've had my sister locs for 5 months. I absolutely love my hair. It is super easy and all natural. It saves money and time. None of that every two weeks salon visits. MsSissyLocs has a gentle hand when doing a retie and is always timely. Love it!!
