Chevy is awesome. Her entire team does a great job with customer service. I have received phone calls from their drivers if I have forgotten to leave the laundry on my porch. Most companies would just skip the pick up if it is not on the porch.

I had never used pickup wash ‘n fold but spoke directly with the owner to answer all my questions. She was incredibly helpful and informative. Then my pickup went very smoothly and drop off as well. Pricing was also very reasonable. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. My only bit of constructive criticism would be an option for shorter turnaround time. Great new business model for dry cleaning. I never have to leave my house. I leave the bag on the porch for pick up and they return my cloths a few days later by hanging them on my front door. This is all communicated through Text messaging.Services: Delivery
