Our floor ended up being warped before install and within 2 days, Autumn had it picked up and the replacement floor dropped off! So incredibly pleased with her service and quick responses! Can’t wait to see the finished product and excited that it won’t be delayed!

This is the best location in the whole chain. Raymond is a star. Superior customer service from that guy. He restored my faith in LL Flooring after a disaster with the Rancho Cordova location. There is a solid reason why the Elk Grove location has the highest ratings on Yelp and why Rancho has the lowest ratings.

The employees here are wonderful to work with. They have been so helpful in helping us select the right flooring for our home. So glad we went with Lumber Liquidators, the prices are reason. They have great selections and you can buy the matching trims and molding or anything else you might need to complete your flooring project. Skip the big box stores and by through LL. Plus the local stores provide a great support if you have any issues. Can't recommend these guys enough!!
