My family and I have been here exclusively for our dental care for the last year and a half, including taking our 3 year old daughter. The staff have all been very attentive and kind. The times my husband and I had our teeth cleaned (I myself had a crown placed), the experience has been great and we never had any issues. Dr Sato was great explaining about what is potentially going on, what needs to be done, and what to expect. I also appreciate the transparency about what is covered and what isn't and they are not pushy or utilize scare tactics into what needs to be done (of course I understand there are consequences to certain things not being done but they approach the subject kindly vs what I have experienced at another dental office). Today we took my daughter in last minute, since she had been complaining of mouth pain and the office was able to squeeze her in for an emergency appointment to see what was going on. I wanted to especially thank Roma and I believe her name is Nhu? (I'm sorry if I spelled the names incorrectly!). But they were amazing with my 3 year old daughter and engaged with her in a way that made her comfortable enough to get her teeth cleaned, which my husband and I were completely surprised about and grateful for. Overall, I personally highly recommend this office for your dental needs if you're looking for caring and detailed professionals.
Dr. Albik provides service above and beyond anyone's expectations. I received all on six implants and Dr. Albik stayed after hours to complete the procedure. He shows compassion and caring that is so rare in this field. He is an excellent clinician and proud of his work. I did a lot of research and consultations before choosing Dr. Albik and I'm glad I did. I highly recommend Laguna Springs Dental and Dr. Albik.
