I'm in my 60's and have had many different massage therapists. Stephanie is the best I've had in many years. She know anatomy well and knows how to find the problems and fix them. I'll be going to her for a long time....
I just had a massage by Stephanie Yost, and she was the first CMT to give me a massage exactly how I wanted. Wow! First, I have minimal feeling in my back, not for any reason, I just have never been able to feel much pressure, so when I get a massage, I often have to repeat myself and tell them to 'please apply more pressure! Use the elbows if you must!' And seldom do they actually do what I ask. Stephanie thoroughly asked about my focus areas and the pressure I would like. I explained that whatever pressure she thought would hurt me, she could go even harder. She did not disappoint! She was so good that I just finished my massage, and the first thing I did was get onto Yelp and write this review. She was just THAT good! Very very happy! THANKS STEPHANIE!!!!!! :)
My boyfriend surprised me with a couple massage! We had the pleasure of having Trinity & Charles and they were so wonderful!! We both definitely needed that & the aromatherapy/music was so relaxing. It was both our first time getting a massage and we are definitely coming back! Thank you for the amazing experience.
