I come in regularly for my cleanings (twice a year) and have never had an issue. The quality of the cleanings is excellent and the staff is always friendly. After switching to this dental office from a horrific previous experience at another one, this office has renewed my faith in the dental experience as well as put me on the path to having a better, more confident smile. Thank you to the people that work here! Almost 6 years here and it's been nothing but great! Highly recommend this location.

I hadn't been to their office in about 2 years so I called and asked, "Am I still registered as a patient at your office?" and was told by the receptionist, Shirley, said she didn't know what I meant.When I came in for my appointment Shirley was extremely rude and condescending. She said I hadn't filled out the forms. I told her I just filled them out about half an hour ago. Apparently this wasn't acceptable and I needed to be more punctual. So I explained that I wasn't aware there was a deadline for the forms to be filled out before the appointment. She also ridiculed me because I hadn't confirmed my appointment. I tried to explain that I wasn't aware of the procedure and that I'm 20 years old and I haven't had to do this stuff by myself before. She didn't expressed any understanding and continued to ridicule me. She was so rude and patronizing, I went home and cried.

Called Dr. Pons office to check to see if they take my dental insurance. I spoke to Shirley to was really friendly and knew a lot on how my insurance worked! She seemed concerned with my dental issues also. Hard to believe but can't wait for my appointment to meet the rest of the staff!
