Dr. Kittel, Dan as he introduced himself, did the most thorough and caring exam I've ever seen. The fact that he took time to even pet Buddy says a lot. Buddy, black and white, has seen a vet in Louisiana where he's from, Mississippi when he lived there for a year, and here in California. Dr. Kittel has a patient heart for furbabies, and it definitely shows. He didn't rush. He also asks questions and listens to responses. His assistant was also careful in her handling of Buddy and caring.

Everyone is great from Dr Kittel to the technicians and front office staff. Kiana got spayed right before Dr Kittel's heart attack and the technician who saw her for her check up was amazed at how well she recovered. Your staff answered my questions and were fantastic
