If they could have 0 stars that is what I would give them.They destroyed a very expensive shirt. They never said a word. They put it on a hanger an wrapped it up with all the other shirts like nothing happened.Not to mention the shirt looked like my husband was stabbed in the back 5 times & the icing on the cake was they put tape over it to try an hide them. I went back to show them the shirt, to think they would of said oh my I don’t know how this could of happened. I just moved down the street so I wanted to try somewhere close by to take my husband work clothes. This place was 2 mins away and got good reviews so I thought perfect! I got there today about 2:20 pm and there was no one at the front desk. I rang the little bell, Still no one came to help or greet me. Then I noticed a guy behind the desk. I could see his head and black hair. And he just sat there behind this desk! I said "hello?" And he literally just sat there and didn't bother to help or greet me. He at one point scratched his head and looked up but didn't acknowledge me. It was so bizarre! So I waited to see if maybe someone would come out the back to help me but after 5 mins I kinda said out loud "ok I guess I'll take my stuff elsewhere" and still nothing. And I left. Guess I'll stick to my place close to our previous home.

I called first and asked about cost for rush service. price was fair. So I took my rush work and some other shirts and asked for "heavy starch" the price was about 3 time s the amount and they said it would take special handling, The owner said he would handle it and gave me the first price. When I returned to pick up they had destroyed a very expensive shirt, they tried to say it was like that. NO WAY. they said they could "fix it" but I declined. When I asked about the Heavy starch I was told that it would take several times to get heavy starch. Funny I never heard of that before. Very shady operation, I will never go back!
