I have been working off and on for the last couple of hour with Richard Brown to unravel a complicated issue regarding labeling of photos as they are saved. The experience, while often frustrating, was exceedingly informative. We have finally achieved success. I would rate the helpfulness and support of Richard as a 10. It was worth the time it took.
