I brought my 1.5 year old Pitbull/Dachshund mix in after a horrible experience with another vet tending to his broken tibia. My poor baby had suffered with poor casting, terrible care, and open wounds from bad wrapping. I was frustrated and scared for his healing when I found Franklin Ranch.
I was immediately impressed with the clean cozy facility, compassionate staff and competent, relatable vets. We were lucky enough to get Dr. Hunt as his primary vet, and I can’t give her enough praise. She was amazing. Everyone from desk staff , assistant Dani was AMAZING , to Dr. Johnson were nice, caring, patient and listened to my concerns. They genuinely care for the fur babies. Dr Johnson explained the options for our Chloe and they were able to treat her quickly. She had trauma to her tooth and they were able to schedule the extraction the next morning. I’ve been coming here for over a year. Chloe was really sick when I brought her here 1.5 years ago. She was losing weight down to 5.8 pounds and our former vet couldn’t figure it out. I took my dog Cassie in for her yearly exam, Dr. Rush is fantastic. They always give me the best service and always take care of my dog. They truly care about the animals they see I would recommend them to anybody. They are the best!
