Office experience. I had a disappointing experience with office staff in the lab, the team could not figure out my billing insurance information, although complicated other labs, like Stockton were able to figure it out the girls in the front tried"their best" I suppose but even with my constant help and redirection, and information I had to help them, they denied me my services...services I needed to take specifically on the day I went. The next upcoming year I'll be switching to a new medical facility with my new insurance so I thought I might write a review for Sutter. I've been coming to Sutter for the past 6+ years, my primary care doctor was good and my experience with the urgent care was alright. However getting an appointment with a dermatologist is impossible. I had even received a referral letter from a doctor here and they still wouldn't let me schedule an appointment. I'll be switching back to the doctor I had before Sutter. Hopefully their facility has better office service.

I had the worst experience with Sutter during the worst moment of my life. I found out from my private OBGYN that I had a second trimester miscarriage. I had to get an ultrasound done the next day from Sutter for whatever reason. To confirm what we already knew? I'm not sure exactly what my paperwork said but it did say "abortion". The lady (Kris, older lady) at the front desk said to me "I hope your baby is cute and you don't do it." I was completely numb and caught off guard that I just sat down.
