I just wanted to take a moment and thank John and John (yes, two service professionals, same name!) for their work at our home yesterday. We had a severely clogged sink and EG plumbing, who originally didn't have an opening, called back and said they'd finished early and had a team available same day! John and John came out, were very friendly and professional and walked me through the entire process, pricing included. They showed me before live camera/video shots and after of their work and even went so far as to re-do their efforts a few times to make sure the clog was gone. Had a great experience with Elk Grove Plumbing. They came out the next day and fixed the issue quickly. Very professional throughout the whole process and took the time to clearly explain what they were doing.
My son had clogged the toilet with a small mouthwash bottle, and it wasn’t a simple fix. Carlos removed the toilet, cleared everything out, and reinstalled it without any issues. Everything is working perfectly now.
