Made an appointment to pick up my return at 1 p.m. came, and the door was locked. Didn't even bother calling me about not making my appointment. Rescheduled for the next day, and they canceled. Lucky, this year, the deadline was extended, or I'd be late. Then, submitted my tax return, and it was rejected. Didn't even bother telling me my wife's missing a form. This is on top of last year's filing, where I had to pay more than what she quoted for federal and state. Do yourself a favor if you have more than a simple w2 don't come here.
