Our air conditioner was blowing warm air, and Elite was recommended to us. They answered the phone quickly, and we were fortunate that they had a tech in our area with an opening in their schedule. The tech, Alex, arrived soon after the call, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem in a short time frame. The process was thoroughly explained by the person on the phone and by Alex, and I feel comfortable recommending Elite to others based on their quick and professional service.
I called around and they were the 1st to answer. They sent out a technician named Bryan who arrived and quickly identified the issue. He gave me a quote on cost of the part with installation. He replaced it within minutes and took some time to discuss a price on replaces my older unit. He wasn't pushy so I'll definitely keep them in mind when we decide to replace it. I highly recommend this place over larger businesses out there.
Elite was very fast to respond to my request for service...same day in fact! Alex was courteous, knowledgeable, and clean (wore booties in the house). Elite is a great company to deal with. Thank you!
