“We had some pretty dreary looking cabinets and wanted to spruce up our kitchen by painting our cabinets green. Because of that we reached out to a good amount of cabinet painters in the greater Sacramento region. Essential Cabinet Painting was not only the fastest but also the most thorough in providing a clear quote of everything that needed to done including how long it would take and a clear breakdown of all the services included. After comparing, even though it was not the cheapest, we felt that Essential would give the best value and assurance that our cabinets would come out looking great. They do get booked out which is testament that other people feel the same way so allocate some time for that! We got our cabinets painted in October and we reached out in the summer time. Painting all our cabinets took around a week, only a few days were onsite and some other days were done at their site. Devin did an amazing job sealing up our kitchen and making sure that everything in our kitchen would be protected and was extremely flexible throughout the process. One of the concerns we had was whether the cabinets would be smooth since we had builder grade new cabinets that were really smooth and we were worried that paint would make them tacky. This wasn't a problem at all with Devin because our cabinets turned out amazing! We're super pleased with the results and we highly recommend Devin and his professionalism, his quality of work, overall a great guy for the job! You won't be disappointed!“

“I have never seen such a group of hard-working people. Ceja is much more than a group of construction workers, they are artists, and they are very conscientious about their work. I needed some wooden ceiling replaced, holes patched, house painted, cement repaired and sealed, among other smaller jobs around the house. I got three bids, and Ceja--believe it or not--came in the lowest bid. They did everything I asked for, as opposed to other companies that tried to talk me out of doing the difficult repair job of replacing part of a vaulted wooden ceiling. They quickly sent me an estimate. I signed the contract on Friday, and by Monday a swarm of workers descended on my house. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, and worked through 100-plus weather. They used the best materials, and the workers treated my house with loving care, as if they were repairing their own. They went through the work with a fine-tooth comb, and did multiple inspections to make sure I was satisfied. And I can tell you I am definitely satisfied. Ceja does excellent work. They were in constant communication with me. Their accounting division was very professional. Special thanks to Roman Ceja, the general contractor; Oscar, the electrician; and Victor, the painter. Ceja is licensed, bonded, and got a passing mark from the Better Business Bureau. I wholeheartedly recommend using this company. I'm thinking of hiring them again to do more renovation in the future.“

He has done new texture and fixes to drywall at my home, such as a door handle hitting a wall with reasonable rates. He is friendly and very personable. “It’s a little confusing since there are other companies with similar names in the sacramento area. This is delta construction and landscape with Hai. Hai is the real deal. He’s super professional, always on top with communication, and man, does he work fast! Not to mention, Absolutely stunning end result with great pricing. “This review is long overdue. I recently remodeled our bathroom and the last thing to do was refinish the bathtub. There's a handful of companies on yelp that have both 5 star reviews and a large quantity of reviews ( in the hundreds). It's hard to make a decision, but the one thing that stood out is that unlike the other 2 companies that I considered is that Brett still has a ton of reviews even though he doesn't do paid advertising on yelp. I couldn't be happier with the work that he did! It was easy to coordinate a time with him and he was a laid back nice guy once I met him. He made sure to explain everything to me, ensured that I liked the color before starting, completely masked off the entire area to prevent overspray, and the final product came out flawless. You really cannot tell the difference between the refinished tub and a brand new one. Also, it's been over 6 months and the finish still looks great. Thanks Brett!“

“We have heard of this company by word of mouth. Jim B actually has changed our pipes to inside the garage wall bc we were having frozen pipes issues for awhile as they were originally outside the side of our home. We had that take care of probably over ten years ago. Fast forward to present time in 2022 wifey noticed a crack in the bedroom wall just below our chimney. I noticed leaks due to an outside opening next to my chimney during last winter. I placed plastic over it for a temporary fix. I then called on Jim for an estimate to replace all the paneling on the chimney. Jim came out the following week after we accepted his very fair estimate. Jim is a perfectionist & backs his work completely. He works with his younger brother Jay & it only took them less than 3 days to finish replacing our chimney. We were grateful & happy with his work.
