I visited Bruceville Pet Hospital on January 28th and had a very pleasant experience. We recently moved to the area and needed to find a new vet for our two poodle mixes, Baby and Grizzly. The entire staff was attentive and helpful, we were seen very quickly and the tech and vet both listened to and addressed my concerns with my boys. They provided estimates for additional services the dogs will need and promptly filled prescriptions. All around it was a great visit.
I have been with them for 10 years. The staff and Drs. are very nice, understanding, and knowledgeable. My dog is older, and always nervous going to see the doctor. The dr. was very nice. He was patient with my dog, and advised me on everything that was needed for him at this age, and in general. The staff was very nice also, and knowledgeable as well. In addition to place is very clean. I definitely recommend this place.
Great customer service and care for my dog. They have cared for our pup his entire 5 years of life. Easy to get timely appointments and know how to interact with an anxious dog when he visits.
