Called this company to ask a question about plumbing back up pipe, the company Briscoe plumbing co, but only makes piping no plumbing services. The guy was very rude, I just ask a question and then said “you got a problem”? “You just called me about my business”? Very rude. I am sorry but if a customer calls you about something being rude to them is not necessary. Also when I called the answer for his company first time ever calling this company the person answered, “yeah” l. No hello this is... or god morning blank from company name? Nothing. Just “Yeah”. Very interesting company.
