We have heard of this company by word of mouth. Jim B actually has changed our pipes to inside the garage wall bc we were having frozen pipes issues for awhile as they were originally outside the side of our home. We had that take care of probably over ten years ago. Fast forward to present time in 2022 wifey noticed a crack in the bedroom wall just below our chimney. I noticed leaks due to an outside opening next to my chimney during last winter. I placed plastic over it for a temporary fix.
