He has a great personality and explains the benefits of each exercise.
The manager, Matt was friendly, no pressure I made it easy to join and get started.
Zach Kelso has been my personal trainer for 8 months. His professionalism and dedication to his clients is amazing. He continues to push me to get better and stronger every time we meet. He has totally changed my desire to get fit and stay fit. I highly recommend both Zach and Anytime Fitness for anyone who wants to make a lifestyle change and get healthy
Good facility. I like that it isn’t always busy. Love that the app shows how many people are checked in at the time and the average daily. Has most of the equipment you need at this Elk Grove location.
The only downfall with AF in general was trying to cancel the membership, due to relocating to a place that does not have a AF Gym within 25 miles. Fine print says I can get reimbursed part of my membership which is all I’m asking for. I have emailed proof of new location. I have not received any email back or any type of refund.
