Ally Independence helped my mother extend her time at home before going into full time nursing care (she suffered form Alzheimers, MS, and Parkinson's Disease). Stacey came into their home to do an assessment, offered flexible options, and was always very responsive to their needs. Whenever my in-law's needs changed, the team at Ally Independence did everything possible to accommodate them. Every nurse they worked with was empathetic, kind, and willing to provide whatever care was necessary to keep my mother-in-law comfortable, and at home for as long as possible. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for supportive in home care.

Ally Independence provided my husband with an amazing caregiver for two years. Stacy East worked closely with my husband and me throughout our time with her agency. She was there for any questions and concerns I had during my husband’s illness. I felt that I had someone who truly cared about my husband’s well being, and mine too. My husband was able to remain at home until four days before he died because of the competent and loving care he received from his caregiver. I will always be grateful to Ally Independence. I was referred to Ally Independence by one of my Grandfather’s Nurses when he was in the hospital and we were trying to get him home to spend his last days with my Grandmother. This is a difficult time for families and Stacy and her team worked above and beyond to help guide me through the process of finding the right kind of care for both of my Grandparents as well as working through an ever changing schedule.As a Grandson, I never thought the responsibility to provide care for my Grandparents would fall to me, Stacy was truly a calming voice within the process, and worked with understanding and empathy.
