My wife woke up at 5:45 this morning and found our AC had gone out overnight - in the middle of a 100+ heat wave. We texted Jass at AirPro and he was able to fit us into his schedule within the hour. We had our cooling back before 7:30. Just stellar service all round; Jass is our go-to miracle worker.
Jass was communicative and provided us with absolutely excellent service. We are incredibly grateful!Our AC went out during a heat wave and the first two companies we booked no-showed for our emergency AC repair appointments and attempted to postpone our service up to an additional 6 days. That's how we learned most 24 hour AC repair options do not actually offer 24 hour repairs, and these conglomerates have extremely shady scheduling tactics.We decided to look for a local, reputable, small business and found AirPro. Called this company to help replace my original 35 year old furnace. Came out immediately to my home, did a thorough and honest inspection and installation. Provided me updates every step of the way through the process, and most importantly made sure we were satisfied. Honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. Great company! Highly recommend Jass and AIRPRO
