We experienced the housing bubble crisis and we took a chance knowing that if we succeeded through this experience, then we would become one of the most successful in the industry. Growing fast but sturdy is very important to us - we have made a commitment with our crew to grow together (our members are working together for an average of eight years) and this helped us accomplish our goals because although we're ready for growth, we will never compromise on quality! My retaining wall had been leaning further and further over, especially after the last 2 rain seasons so I finally bit the bullet and got 4 different contractor's quotes. Dan of GHS was the last one and I immediately felt comfortable discussing my project with him. He was very professional (but friendly), informative and treated me with respect as he answered all my questions (I had a lot!). Dan was very responsive and got back to me on the same day when I left him msg. His office staff was also very responsive and communicative. GHS did an amazing job installing our french drain and patio. Dan and team were easy to work with from start to finish, highly responsive and kind when we asked questions. There was clarity around the specific scope and materials during the estimating process and the final price was as estimated. The crew was friendly and great, and the work they did is meticulous and thoughtful. They put things back together smarter and better than they were. We enjoyed working with them and would definitely do so again.
