I brought in my ps5 to have it repaired and they tried everything possible to get it fixed but weren’t able to. The reason I’m giving them 5 stars is due to their dedication and customer service. They did everything from ordering new parts, cleaning, reapplying thermal paste, everything but hardcore circuitry that requires specialized attention to fix. And they didn’t charge me a dime for it. Amazing service, amazing people, amazing store.“
