The team cares so much about the pets they help. They put pets first, and level with pet parents about risks and challenges ahead for any procedure or illness. They help problem solve and they don't rush you through your appointment or follow-up calls with questions. It can take time to see them from when you call for an appointment, but their excellent service is well worth it.

I took my cat here for an initial exam and to get updated shots. I am very happy with the service and treatment we received. Dr. Franck and Becky are wonderful and clearly love animals. The waiting room and the office itself is very peaceful. I look forward to taking my cat here for her care going forward.

Wonderful crew! I have been coming to ESVH for a decade. Dr Franck and her team are professional, kind and always a pleasure to see. My companions may not enjoy the ride but they love the destination.
