I’ve used him before and was very happy. This time I called because handle on toilet broke off. I thought it would need all new “guts” or whatever it’s called. He said he could replace just the handle. Had to call him back 2 times. Still not working right. Called someone elseService: Toilet repair

Eli at EB Plumbing is the best! He has rescued my drains more then once now and also installed a gas line to my fireplace and other jobs over the last few years. I've never met such a can-do/reasonable plumber. Prices are very reasonable and love his friendly attitude. We are so lucky to have Eli in our area!

EB showed up on time; same day I called to fix a broker shower mixing valve that had our shower down for five days ! I had called three local companies prior (two scheduled and changed three times; another never called back). Called EB on advise of Cal Steam in Emeryville as I went there to buy new part (saves Plumber time and you $). Called EB at 10am; he called back a little after 11 am ! He scheduled me for 2pm the same day; said it might be later if he ran it to trouble at current job. Showed up early ( after phone call); very COVID sensitive; very professional and friendly. Solved problem and installed new part in less than an hour and tested the install twice before he was satisfied (" I'm here now and it would be better if I didn't have to come back if it didn't work"; he said). I have never met a better plumber in 32 yrs of home ownership ! I will not even consider anyone else except E. B. Plumbing !
