I came yesterday for the first time and had matthew. He was great. Thank you Matthew! I am very impressed with the concept and stretches. I already do a lot of other treatment modalities like chiro, acupuncture, PT just to name a few and this is different and in a good way. I signed up for a membership.

I’m rehabbing a significant low back injury with sciatic pain. Matthew Habib at the El Segundo location did an excellent job of reviewing my injury and providing care during my session. With his treatment, I was able to achieve immediate relief that lasted into the next day. I look forward to continuing treatment with Matt as I rehab this injury.

I love going to stretch lab because after each session you literally feel your body is looser. Old sports injuries, work environments and the overall stress of daily life puts quite a strain on our bodies physically which in turn affects us mentally. All of the staff are not only knowledgeable and kind; but they go the extra mile to get the know you personally so each session is customized to where you are physically in that moment and pushing your toward your overall goal. I encourage everyone to go and try it.

StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab El Segundo offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.
