Swagbucks whom you own have refused to pay my £5 Amazon voucher unless i verify myself.I don’t want to send my licence or passport to a company i know nothing about i have contacted you several times about this issue but you have yet to respond its not very good customer service

I have historically been very happy with swagbucks and when I've had a problem, they are usually quick to respond and resolve. Not this time. I've been trying for three months to get the $140 in rewards I'm owed (and have provided screenshot proof). They keep sending automated responses that they will follow up within a month but never do and then change the support tickets to resolved without awarding me the swagbucks or even following through with a response.

Why do i feel like this place stole money from me. Bought a debit card at wal mart and the money was immediately gone and the address to this place is showing up on the card's history. Two different charges
