Her massage room is always extremely clean, she checks in with you periodically, you can have silent appointments or chat, and she just gives and amazing massage. There is a wide range massages you can choose from on their website.
She listens to your needs and takes the time to work on problem areas or knots you may have. She can do light pressure or really firm pressure (I have a high pain tolerance, so the firmer the better.)

Mirai Massage provides the best massages I have ever had, and this is after years of massage for chronic neck pain. I recommend the Mirai massage package that includes head, face, and neck in addition to the back massage. This kind of massage is hard to find outside of Japan, Taiwan, etc.
