You know how sometimes you leave a massage feeling like they just kind of pushed your tension around to different spots? Yeah, this ISN’T that. Plus they have a red light sauna with an additional massive red light panel, and I want to live in there!

They're constantly updating their protocols and finding new approaches that actually make sense. I love that I never feel like I’m getting sold on a treatment which is rare in Los Angeles. And the location is so cute and private . A little hidden gem. (Entrance could be hard to find, but they explain when you book and there’s free parking and clear sign on where to go).
