John was the absolute best! He went above and beyond to get my carpets cleaned. Karma carpet cleaners were recommended to us by friends who mentioned they did a great job of getting oil out of furniture and they highly recommended them.
They are worth every penny and I’m so happy we had them no one and clean our carpets and fully removed pet urine from potty training incidents.

Franky did a great job! He was able to remove a big stain on our headboard and and gave us great advice on treating stains/cleaning our couch. Will definitely be using Karma Carpet again!
