Came in on short notice for my birthday and they were able to take me in for a pedicure. Incredible experience all around. Front desk lady was welcoming and helpful. The pedicure tech, Doris, was also wonderful and provided a relaxed, comfortable experience. They also provide one complimentary drink which is such a nice, rewarding feeling. I will be getting a membership soon because this is something I believe more men should be doing. It's a wonderful, comfortable, relaxing experience.
This is my updated review of Hammer & Nails in El Segundo. Over the years, I’ve visited various Hammer & Nails locations and experienced different barbers, but Kookai really stands out as a level above the rest.

Hammer and Nails is a fantastic establishment, specifically the South Bay location. Nyah has been my nail tech for nearly a year and for good reason. She is considerate, experienced, and partakes in fun conversations. Would 100% recommend if you enjoy a quirky back and forth while getting pampered.
