This shop really stands out amongst the rest. They have integrity and truly look out for their customers. The price they quote is the price you pay, no hidden fees tacked on at the end! They have a great temperament and are extremely accommodating. I went in to replace a window regulator and they even tapped out some of the easy to reach dents that were preventing me from opening my passenger side door. At no extra cost! I will be coming here from now on. It’s been so long since I’ve felt I can trust a mechanic to not pull one over on me.
The driver's seat window fell inside the door so I called these guys up since I couldn't find help through AAA or Safelite. The gentleman I spoke with (I believe he's the owner) charged me for just one hour of labor ($172). Not only did they fix the window and install the new regulator, but they went above and beyond by fixing other things I didn't even ask for. There was a large dent from a previous car accident that they fixed, in addition to working on my drivers door handle so it would open properly again. You really helped us out yesterday and gave us a great deal. Highly recommended and I would certainly give them my business again. Thank you!
I highly recommend El Segundo Auto Body. Their service is second to none. They paint and body repair is considerably outstanding, exceeding my expectations. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and Customer Service the ambiance here was comfortable and inviting. This is my go to place for paint and body repair- the best in town! Johnny and his staff not only friendly, but highly skilled. Pricing is fair and transparen-definitely a value for the money. Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of their service.
