Amparo was excellent! This was my first time trying drybar. And I went in pretty sure that they would not be able to know how to do my hair texture. I have really curly hair. Amparo did an amazing job. She shocked/proved me wrong and did a great job on my hair. It didn't even frizz up and she was very fast and knew what hair products that would work with my hair texture
I’m not sure why there are negative reviews here. I’ve been several times over the last several months and I’ve always had positive experiences. For me, it’s a great place to get a blow out for no reason other than wanting to treat myself and when I’m about to travel I like to get my hair blown out professionally because it lasts . The shop is spotless and I love the different ways they can make you feel beautiful and we all know when you look good you feel even better
The blowouts here are hit or miss, could be phenomenal or terrible. The bigger problem? I have never once been seated before 20 min past my appointment time.After the 3rd time of this happening in 3 weeks, I spoke with the front desk person. They were apologetic and noncommittal as to how to ensure it doesn't happen again.Here's the the thing, if you're running 30 min behind, text me. Call me. Send a flare. But don't disrespect my time and try to enforce your late policy when I'm less than 5 min late.Unfortunately post COVID, choices are limited. This location capitalizes
