I’ve been a fan of Drybar in the past, but unfortunately, my recent visit left me disappointed. I booked a standard blowout appointment, and while the stylist was friendly and did a good job, I was surprised to see an unexpected extra charge added to my bill at checkout.

Apparently, the stylist took longer than usual to dry my hair — something completely out of my control — and I was charged more without being informed ahead of time. At no point during the appointment was I told that taking extra time would result in additional costs.

Very disappointing experience. Natalia ask for a photo of the look I wanted. I showed her the photos. After washing my hair she never had any more of a conversation. During the blowout she never spoke to ask what I thought. She finished and never asked what I thought. She just walked away and I didn’t even realize she was finished. I had her come back and work on me some more but she appeared to be shaking. In my opinion is way too timid to work with the public. My daughter’s had other stylist and they did a much better job.

I was scheduled for 7am, although I didn’t get called back until 7:20am. I wasn’t in a rush and had no plans after, but just a heads up for anyone else. I asked for a sleek blowout with no curls, which has held up great for the past couple of days. Aside from the holdup at the beginning, they did a great job and were very friendly.
