He also personally answered a lot of my questions and took time to explain everything. Florence is also very helpful with scheduling the service. They are both very professional and friendly. I'm very happy with Team Champion's spot treatment and warranty. Got quotes from a few other of the top-rated companies on Yelp, and went with Team Champion.Two inspectors came out for the inspection/quote. They had the best price and warranty of the quotes I got. They were thorough and took the time to explain every area in which they found evidence. Most importantly to me, they did it with zero pressure or scare-tactics. Since termite damage by nature is mostly invisible, it's stressful enough seeing evidence of termites in the first place. I really appreciated the honest assessment.Will hire again if/when needed.
