Our tankless water heater was acting up, randomly going on and off. I called tankless out of their normal business hours around 9pm Sunday with the intention of just leaving a message on their answering machine to my surprise someone answered and was able to schedule an appointment.
Daniel knew exactly what was wrong and explained in detail what needs to be done to fix the issue. Daniel was not only detailed and informative but he treats you like family. Overall rating exceeds excellence / expectations.
Highly recommended and super worth in this day and age there are a few to find service that equates to trust and reliability.

They dealt with the manufacturer for the warranty directly on our behalf and confirmed the installation date when the parts arrived. They were prompt and completes the job fairly quickly. I found this company on Yelp & contacted them based on their reviews. We were quoted by another company to replace our current tankless water heater & I wanted a second opinion. Jessica took my info over the phone, had me text her pics of our tankless hookup & emailed a quote that came in over a $1000 less than we were quoted. We’d been without hot water for 4 days..
