The staff was very helpful. Starting with the receptionist who was very helpful in helping me fill out the online application which I was not doing correctly 😅. I saw the Clinician named Stacy who was very informative and in my opinion went above and beyond with trying to help me in my particular situation. The nurse named Minerva was also very kind, quick and helpful. The wait was long but once inside everything went pretty quickly. These ladies are doing great things in there, it's more than just testing or meds and they understand without judgement.
I called and was fortunate enough to get a same-day appointment due to a cancellation. This was my second time visiting Planned Parenthood, and once again I had a great experience.
April was my provider and she was amazing! she took the time to answer all of my questions and was very informative and reassuring about my concerns.
