I have been a customer for years and here is why: (I recommend Kat as your stylist) 1. They make take the time to make sure they know exactly what you want before you start with no rush. 2. I always leave with exactly what I wanted and expected. 3. My hair is still healthy after years of dye and bleach. Years ago I used to go to another salon, they would do what I wanted but the health of my hair declined so I wasn't able to grow it long. I recommend making an appointment with Kat. I always ask for Kat cause she always does it perfect. Sometimes she will notice things in my hair that I haven't, like when I need a trim, or treatment. Kat will recommend (uncommissioned) products that are specific to my hair and what it's been through. I really appreciate this because it's allowed me to grow my hair long! Paola has helped me as well when Kat was not able to and did a great job.

Came in for the first time, my hair was very damaged and I'm glad I went with paolas advice to let it grow out before bleaching again. Went back to black hair and I got a cut, I was happy my bf was also able to get a cut from the barber even though he didn't have an appointment. He squeezed him in, we both left feeling pretty lol
