Came from arizona to el monte and wanted a last minute cut I googled amd oty was the first Beaty salon to pop up with a 4.9 star review I gave it a shot and loved it. She was so welcoming offered me a drink. She cut my hair beautifully and we talked so much. Like a mini therapy session my first time meeting her that's how welcoming she was will come back everytime I'm here. Oty is the best

I'm so wow to have been fortunate enough to have gotten my haircut at Oty Beauty Salon, I love it! It's so beautiful and Oty is so nice and funny she will make your time special.
