Monica and her staff were amazing nice prompt and professional. I highly recommend to get your taxes here if you want a quick refund and great communication along with clear transparency.
Was looking for services through yelp and came across Monica's tax services. Out of all 10 tax services, Monica responded the fastest, is affordable, and just like that scheduled the next day for my taxes. I want to thank Joseph for going through everything with me throughly and very quickly. Will be coming back next year for their service!
From the previous Yelp reviews I decided to take a chance! After doing business with a preparer for over 20 yrs in Burbank I was left with a very sour taste........ Well Everything went well with Joseph. unfortunately I didn't meet Monica but I'm sure I will. Joseph was pleasant knowledgeable and honest. I asked for a bit much I know as a stranger. However we worked it out. I look forward to doing business in the upcoming years!
