“Cool city helped access and fix my 2nd story roof AC unit. They came during the heat wave to get things working again. Unfortunately the first fix didn't solve the issue but they came back the next day to finish the job.“

“AARD to the rescue! Our AC went out during a week long heat wave. I called one of the larger well known HVAC companies and long story short, they recommended that I replace my whole system! “When my 20+ year heat pump went out, I reached out to yelp for reliable AC contractor. There were a few contractor contacted me for various prices including Ash from EZ Breeze. Got to talked to Ash and got very good rsponse from him. He was very patience and explained all the pro and con of various brands. After got a few price quotes from Yelp ad out of Yelp I decided to work with EZ Breeze because he was able to work out a price within my budget and had the new unit installed within 2 days. During the process, Ash informed me that a new thermostat is needed because my old one was not functioned properly. Surprising when everything was said and done he did not charge me for the new thermostat. I was very surprised and glad at the same time. This happened to me in the past with other AC dealer that charge me extra $100 for new thermostat. Overall I would say I was glad to worked with Ash (EZ Breeze) because of his honesty and generosity not nickel and dime. He earned my trust and new businesses in the future. Most of the contractors will just work as a one timer, but Ash was looking for a long term relationship which he got from me. Keep up the good work and retain your reputations.“

“Our home went through renovations in June 2022 as part of a HUD program offered through our city. It included replacing the HVAC unit. Unfortunately, the HVAC from day one was a "dud" and the sub-contractor's installation was of very poor workmanship. The contractor hired by our city refunded us the cost of the HVAC and we immediately called Comfort Climate Control for a new unit.

From Mark Ramirez's very first visit to measure our home for the correct size unit (3 ton) to the last day of completing the installation our new Trane HVAC, he treated our home as though it was his. He found a lot of "mistakes" the sub-contractor did and corrected them. The workmanship was of the highest quality and it was done right! Whenever we had questions, he was more than happy to answer them. When he wanted us to know something he did and why, he would explain it. His employee, Robert, was as nice as they come! More importantly, Robert knew what he was doing as well. After all, he works for Mark.

The customer service side of Comfort Climate Control is impeccable with the office manager, Connie. Who happens to be Mark's wife. She kept us updated on everything we needed to know. And like Mark, took time to answer our questions as well. We support family owned business because they care in delivering the best to their customer. We were given the red carpet treatment.

The ultimate compliment came from my wife who said, "It's getting cold in here!" Our new Trane HVAC is working beautifully and just in time for this heatwave! I'm already recommending friends to have their next HVAC come from Comfort Climate Control! Thank you, Mark & Connie!“
