The Tech Ivan was very thorough And knowledgeable. Finished quickly cleaning the filter system that hadn't Be thoroughly cleaned within 20yrs Great Carrier brand and model to have that shelf life. Works like new“

“I had some work done by them, and was very satisfied with the job. He tried the lower cost fix first, and when that didn't work he diagnosed the problem quickly, and discounted the final fix by giving half credit for the cheaper initial fix attempt (which was nice and fair). My HVAC system ended up needing a new compressor, and he was able to help me get a warranty replacement since my unit was still within the warranty period. Ended up saving me $1300, which again was nice! Getting the refund from Ferguson (local supplier for Trane products) was a pain and took forever, but that's not on Air Now. Highly recommend.“

“I worked with Mike to setup a split unit a/c system a couple of months ago and he did a great job. He was very communicative and explained my options very thoroughly before the actual install. 6 months later and the unit is still working as expected. I also had a heating issue with my existing a/c unit and Juan was the technician sent out to help. It turns out the original wiring was done incorrectly but Juan patiently worked through the issue and made sure that the we got the heat back up and running. It was a lot of work but he was dedicated to make sure we were comfortable in our home.“

They diagnosed the problem (which could have been a lot worse), explained what was happening with the unit, and got the needed parts replaced. There was a coolant leak, and they were able to isolate it to do the necessary repair. Xavier was sensitive to the fact that we had an elderly person living in the house, and. would need A/C soon due to her condition.
