STAY AWAY !! You must stay away from medical place . I have received an authorization to see a pain management doctor . First, I was on hold for 25 minutes. Once they answered I was told the first appointment they have is in November !! A month from now ??!! Wow!! I told them there was no way I can wait another month with my foot pain . The receptionist said she will send the doctor a message and see "what she can do", and give me a call back . When I asked when she would call me back , she answered "I don't know". So, tomorrow, in three days , in a week. Really ??!! Just awful . Going somewhere else for sure .

unfortunately this place is a joke olga the receptionist obviously didmt understand english. she kept rudly interrupting me trying to tell me what i am meaning to say when i speak perfect english. as i told her i have left 3 messages last week and called yesterday and spoke to the doctors assistant and explained to her that the pharmacy left them a message about my prescription as it conflicts with the medication doctor ordered so they need clarification. she kept telling me i already sent the message to doctor that u called. what is that have to do with what i'm telling her i'm letting her know that the assistant needs to check the messages to clarify what... read full review

My appointment scheduled for 10am. It's now 11:10 and still waiting. Horrible time management at this facility
