“Mr. Wang was a true professional. I reached out to him last weekend for an appointment today. He was on time and assessed the work requested before going back to his van to gather the necessary tools.I asked if he could remove two stubborn existing bathroom door knobs while replacing them with new ones. He installed two 16" bathroom towel racks. Lastly and the most lengthy, he removed our existing, dating thermostat for a Nest. It took longer than we anticipated but he was patient the entire time. “I recently had a workshop upgrade at my home in Altadena and needed the walls insulated, drywall installed, electrical, lights etc., and I am so thankful that I found JM Handyman Services! Of course I had a laundry list of things to do and was quoted a reasonable price and time frame of only 2 weeks so I agreed to go ahead with the work.Jack and Mike showed up promptly everyday rain or shine making huge accomplishments before I could even turn my coffee maker on. Everything about this job went smoothly as expected with incredible attention to detail. Also, both Jack and his father Mike have great personalities and are really easy going nice guys. In the beginning, everything was nicely prepped and all of the floor covered. Electrical work got knocked out pretty much the first day followed by the insulation. His drywall installers worked through the whole day and got their work done nicely. Raphael, the painter, came out the following day, from early in the morning until almost 8:30 pm at night when it was freezing outside and completed his work very nicely.I am in complete amazement of how fast and clean the job was completed. Another thing to note.. “It was around 10:30pm and I called a few 24hr. service electricians and they both said they'll only service unless its an emergency. Well, that defeats the purpose of being a 24hr service. So I find KTB and spoke with Tony. Right away I already had good vibes when explaining my situation. He was at the house within 20 mins, got all his equipment out his truck and got the job done. When i was trying to change the light bulb the brackets loosened and just dangled. It's above the bed so I didn't want to take the chance. Tony is a great guy, easy to talk to, humble and definitely knows his stuff. I will no doubt not only call Tony if I have an electrical problem but for other fixes too.
