I was very pleased with the service. Monica was very responsive and friendly. She scheduled same day service. Robert was able to complete the service and the AC system has been working great.
However, I was disappointed with the billing. I was billed by email one week after service, and the bill was marked PAST DUE, which I didn’t appreciate. I mailed my payment within 3 days of receiving the bill, and still received a Past Due email reminder. When a bill is paid within 10 days of service, it should not be considered Past Due.

My office ac went out and my staff was hot and wanted to go home. Robert came at 5:30pm. The motor had shut off and needed a new one. They came back in the morning and had it working before any of the employees came in. Fast and effective.

I reached out to Service Two of my properties. They scheduled my appointment and arrived on time for both of them. They were very thorough and explained everything to me. They never tried to upcharge or sell me on anything extra. They just gave me some recommendations. Will definitely use again.
