I always sleep better and have less pain with his treatment Fun to see all the babies in his aquarium while waiting. No long waiting time before they call your name. I've been going to him for a few years now since he moved from across the street. I've been to other chiropractors but I like Dr Charles when the best.“

“HealthFit is great. Treatment is expensive, but you get what you pay for. Care is very comprehensive, personalized, and curated to your specific issues. I had residual neck pain/restriction that I felt daily after completing all recommended treatments with a previous chiropractor a year prior. Dr. Daphne helped reduce the neck pain to minimum in a few sessions and taught exercises to maintain mobility. However, treatment isn't always smooth. After almost completing the neck program, I got into a minor car accident that led to months of back pain with difficulty in long periods of sitting or walking/bending with increased movement at work daily. I entrusted care in HealthFit again. I grew frustrated with all the post accident limitations on daily life and feared its lasting effects. Dr. Daphne was attentive and patient through it all. She diagnosed the issues, figured out what worked, and didn't work through the program. Physical therapy requires a lot of patience, time, and effort, but I can finally walk and function close to normal again. I’ve been to quite a few Chiropractors over the years, ranging from a few in NYC to several in Los Angeles, Atlanta and Hawaii. Some have been ok, some have been terrible and a few have been great. I am here to tell you Dr. Cheung is the best of the best in my experience. I go to him for regular maintenance adjustments most of the time, but when I’ve had the occasional really out of whack back or neck vertebrae, Dr. Cheung consistently has been able to alleviate any pain I might be in, and correct the issue immediately. “I highly recommend Innate Family Chiropractic. They are super knowledgeable and super friendly.

We came here because our son was having twitching and other energy/emotional outbursts, couldn’t hold eye contact or sit down for more than literally 2 seconds. They did 3 noninvasive tests and we could visually see that he had heavy inflammation and tension in his neck. We went twice a week for twelve sessions and did the tests again and his inflammation and tension went down dramatically!!!!!!! Even before that it only two two or three sessions for his ticking to go away; and I was finally able to have conversations with my 6 year old again (he could sit still and be with me).

“Dr. Mike uses a very hands-on type of care for his patients. Pretty old fashioned but very effective. He will tell you to walk for 15-20 minutes directly after the treatment, which is a very effective way to get the most out of your chiropractic adjustments. He tends to talk a bit too much, and he gives a lot of nutritional advice, which I'm not sure if he is qualified to do. Nevertheless, I am grateful to have a chiropractor who goes above and beyond for each of his patients.“

“There are only good things I can say about YouMove and Dr. Haig. I was in a car accident and was being treated by a different chiropractor for a whole year without any improvement or resolution of my pain. I was referred to Dr. Haig late last year and I couldn’t be happier. Within 10 visits I already noticed my pain was about 90% gone. Dr. Haig is extremely knowledgeable and actually cares about looking into and diving deep into your issues, compared to other chiropractors who just adjust you in the same place every week and tell you to have a good day. “I'm sure Dr. Jason Chung offers a full range of services, but when it comes to sports-related issues, I rely on his expertise and care. We came in with stiffness in the back which made it difficult to place weight on our feet and propel, pivot, etc. (we play high-level competitive high school basketball). Dr. Chung allowed us time to share our concerns, asked questions to get a complete understanding of how the injury occurred, asked how we typically move on the court, what kind of exercises/warm-ups we do, how often we played, etc., and recommended an appropriate treatment regiment. He also made sure we understood it takes time for muscle and back injuries to recover and gave us movement advice to minimize aggravating the injury.We've gone back to him a few times now as there's always some part of the body that needs attention after all the beating and pounding from endless practices and a long season of games.In this day and age when you read about how doctors only have 5 to 10 minutes to spend with you before moving on, Dr Chung is a breath of fresh air!
