I am SO glad I decided to join YogaSix in EDH! After a 145 pound weight loss with 80 to go, I thought there was NO WAY I could do yoga! But to my surprise I have been embraced by the owner and the instructors and they have made me feel welcome and capable! Yoga is for EVERYONE and they will teach you to modify your workout to fit you! I would say YES 100 times again and tell you to come through these very welcoming doors and take care of you!
This is my first time truly joining a yoga studio and I’ve been really enjoying it. I was nervous since I’m not super familiar with yoga but all the teachers, workers and fellow yogis have made me feel so comfortable and welcome ❤️??♀️❤️
