For her wax, she uses a wonderful Italian wax that is so much more gentle and effective (take it from a sensitive skin Sally who usually is hot and red for days after a wax). “Emily was so sweet and listened to everything I wanted and understood I was open to suggestions. I'm a strong believer that hair is just hair and it'll grow back, so I'm open to a lot of things. My only downside was that I was on time to my appointment and she was running behind. Was not a problem for me though, I had just gotten off work and appreciated the down-time. They felt bad and had another stylist wash my hair before their next appointment came in so that Emily had time to finish up her client. All in all, I would go here again, I like the laid-back experience.“
