However, Voula was very good about texting me back about appointment availability and then once I arrived, she made me feel so comfortable and made it feel like such a normal experience! It was still a bit painful (naturally!)but not nearly as bad as I imagined and it was overall such a great experience. She also has a numbing spray to use to reduce the pain as much as possible! 10/10 recommend Voula! So sweet and very professional.“
