“I was visiting home from out of town and decided to get a Groupon to get a wax. This was my first wax of any kind and I was pretty nervous. However, Voula was very good about texting me back about appointment availability and then once I arrived, she made me feel so comfortable and made it feel like such a normal experience! It was still a bit painful (naturally!)but not nearly as bad as I imagined and it was overall such a great experience. She also has a numbing spray to use to reduce the pain as much as possible! 10/10 recommend Voula! So sweet and very professional.“

My only downside was that I was on time to my appointment and she was running behind. Was not a problem for me though, I had just gotten off work and appreciated the down-time. They felt bad and had another stylist wash my hair before their next appointment came in so that Emily had time to finish up her client. All in all, I would go here again, I like the laid-back experience.“

“Ronni is very sweet and easy to converse with while getting your wax. She’s very knowledgeable and is quick to answer any questions you might have about the procedure.
The one thing I have is that the wax is a little hot at times when applying, but if you kindly mention the temperature, she is quick to wait for it to cool down slightly. Overall a great waxing experience.“

I recently went with my wife for a couples massage at dream day spa in Folsom. My masseuse name was Joyce. My wife had the owner. Joyce was by far the best masseuse I’ve experienced in my entire life. It was as if she was silently speaking to all of my aches and pains/muscles and responded to them with exactly what they needed. I am not kidding. She is a master of her craft and by the looks of my wife and what she was telling me the owner was also. I did tell Joyce if there is a heaven, I’m hoping to have her or someone like her in my little slice of heaven. Just incredible you will not be disappointed. My hair was no easy task with the black box dye that was stuck in it but she was able to get the color out and made it look so beautiful again. My hair has not looked this good in years! “My husband booked me a Facial and Massage for Mother's Day. The duration was both 60 minutes each. I had the Facial first. I think her name was Jennifer and she was awesome! My mother-in-law told me my skin was glowing and my complexion looked so good and smooth afterwards. I had a lot of congestion and she removed a lot of impurities in my skin. My skin was so smooth afterwards. She wore gloves and also put my hair back in a towel. It was a little different from what I am used to with the steam in my face, but it felt nice and very cooling on a hot summer day. She left to see if there was enough time to do one more thing before my next appointment. When she returned, she asked if she could trim my eyebrows. I didn't mind. Then she applied some serums and creams to refine my pores. It was so relaxing and I felt so nice and rejuvenated afterwards. She escorted me back to the waiting area until my next appointment for my massage. I waited maybe about 7 minutes after my facial appointment. I had such a great experience with Jennifer and was so excited for my next treatment. When i completed the form on the tablet initially, i mentioned in detail my problem areas like how the hostess said the mention. I again, mentioned to my masseuse about my problem areas before she began. I forgot what her name was, but it seemed like she was very new. She couldn't figure out the lighting in the room, didn't focus in the areas we spoke about beforehand. She kept apologizing for things... the pressure was very light for me and I mentioned she could apply more. She did for a little bit and then went back to light pressure again. Bummer. At the end, she mentioned that I should've told her about my lower back pain. All in all, it was a beautiful place. I think I would just come back for the facial only. I feel like the front desk needs to communicate better with the therapists and aestheticians about each appointment that is scheduled. Maybe have a team huddle before they open or something. It was Mother's Day so I guess it was a busy day for them. My friend's husband paid in full beforehand for her treatment, but the manager didn't communicate that with the receptionist either, so she had to call the manager to confirm. Other than the miscommunication, this place has potential.“

“Very friendly front staff. Beautiful decor throughout. My friend and I had the massage, scub,wrap,and facial. My friend's facial was wonderful. She loved it! Unfortunately I got a newer young lady and it felt more like a facial massage than a deep cleansing. But it was still nice. Now, the rest of my treatments were done by a young lady named Rhema. She is AMAZING! I am extremely ticklish and she was able to do a full body massage and scrub after learning my body. 1000/10 for Rhema. I would fly back to California from Atlanta to get the Rhema treatment.“
