Tamara provided an excellent massage focusing on areas affected by a sports-related injury. She has a solid understanding of the interconnections and interactions between the muscles in a given region and was efficient in how she manipulated them. I'm excited to book my next appointment!

Tamara is a very skilled and excellent massage therapist. I have had her as my massage therapist for several years, and I've always had great results eating tightness and soreness in my back, neck and shoulders from working a desk job.
